About Brocha Family Font Free Download
The Brocha Family is a sans serif typeface with a strong geometric structure. The family includes 6 weights, from Light to Black, each with matching italics. The shapes of the letters are very clean and simple, with straight lines and sharp angles. The overall effect is modern and minimal.The Brocha Family is perfect for headlines, titles, and short.
Blocks of text. It is also legible at small sizes, making it a great choice for body copy. I first sketched out Brocha when I visited Easter Island in 2011. I was inspired by pre-Columbian art for these sketches, but they were pretty rough and clumsy.
It was an experimental typeface that wasn’t meant for much use. Thanks to the years of learning about type design that I’ve done since then, I was finally able to resume my project. I made sure to preserve the Latin American spirit of my original designs,.
Resulting in a final typeface that is expressive, handmade, and highly humanist. Brocha is a display sans that is ideal for high-impact headlines, logotypes, or cookie packaging designs. It comes in two subfamilies: one basic and one alternative. Each.
Subfamily has eight weights plus italics. The Alt version is highly recommended for art directors who are looking for more variety in their fonts.
